Josie Presar Design specializes in residential and commercial design projects throughout Florida.  Her design theory is to use both functionality and aesthetics to create harmonious spaces for her clients. 

 

With over 20 years of experience in all aspects of interior design, Josie has developed a solid reputation with clients, contractors and vendors alike.  They continue to spread the word about her  work.  Throughout her career she has provided design and project management services on numerous projects in Southwest Florida.  Many of those projects have received various design awards including ASID Awards, Sandollar Awards, and the American Institute of Architects Award for Excellence.

 

Josie is a National Council for Interior Design Qualified (NCIQ) designer and member of A.S.I.D (American Society of Interior Designers).  She was recognized by Healthcare Design Magazine in its 2006 feature “Twenty Who Are Making a Difference”.  Also, knowing how important continuing education is in an ever-changing design world, she is constantly attending seminars and keeping up with the trending industry.
